HOW TO BOOK – FIVE EASY STEPS!
We recommend you plan ahead by booking your accommodation and trip to Shigakogen as soon as possible to ensure you get your first preference of dates and lesson times.
Simply follow the steps below to secure your group’s adventure on Shigakogen!
1. DECIDE WHAT YOU NEED.
When do you want to visit Shigakogen? For a day trip or a few days? Are you a beginner? Are you traveling with others of mixed ability?
Use the
following information pages to help you determine your needs, take time out to read this planner.
2. RESERVE LESSONS.
Complete the Booking forms, as outlined below, listing your requirements and send our form
to us ASAP!
3. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING.
Once we receive your booking request, we will reserve your lessons.
Please check your lesson date and time. And print out this mail. Bring it to japan.
More than 3 days lessons, you transfer your total price for your lessons to our bank account. Until prior 2 weeks your booked lesson, must do that!
NOTE: THE TARANS FEE OCCURS, BUT PLEASE BEAR IT IN OWN.
4. SEND YOUR PRINTED CONFIRMATION MAIL VIA FAX TO OUR SKI SCHOOL, WHEN YOU CHECK IN YOUR ACCOMMODATION.
Please ensure your lessons. If you don't send Fax, your lesson will be cancel.
transfer your deposit to our bank account. After we verify your deposit, we send FINAL CONFIRMATION MAIL to you.
Please print out this mail. And bring it to your lesson.
5.BEFORE LESSON : PAY TOTAL PRICE.
Please show your printed confirmation mail to your instructor.
You can choose how to pay total parice by cash or card. ( VISA, MASTER )
